1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services developed and operated by Vanillate Studio ("Vanillate Studio", "we", "our", or "us").

By inviting, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services operated by Vanillate Studio (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to:

• →Vanillate Tahu Bulat — an idle business simulation game bot for Discord
• →The official Vanillate Studio website and any related features

These Terms also apply to any new bots, applications, or services released by Vanillate Studio in the future, unless that product is expressly provided with its own separate terms.

3. Description of Services

Our Services primarily consist of Discord bots that provide interactive gameplay and community features. Depending on the Service, these may include, but are not limited to:

• →Multiplayer and single-player gameplay systems
• →Player statistics and progression tracking
• →Leaderboards and ranking systems
• →Virtual economy, item, boost, or reward systems
• →Achievements, quests, and community engagement features

Feature availability varies between Services. We may modify, update, add, or remove features of any Service at any time without prior notice to improve service quality or ensure stability.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Services responsibly and must:

• →Use the Services only for their intended purposes
• →Not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics
• →Not use automated scripts, bots, or external tools to gain unfair advantages

Violation of these rules may result in restricted access to some or all of the Services.

5. Server Owner Responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are responsible for:

• →Managing the permissions granted to any Vanillate Studio bot in their server
• →Ensuring the Services are used appropriately within their server
• →Removing a bot if they no longer wish to use it

6. Virtual Items and In-Game Economy

Some Services include virtual currencies, items, boosts, or other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items:

• →Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or sold for real money or anything of value outside the Services
• →May be adjusted, rebalanced, or reset when necessary for fairness, stability, or feature updates
• →Remain part of the Services and are not owned by users

Buying, selling, or trading Virtual Items or accounts outside the Services is prohibited.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

The Services may process and store limited Discord-related data necessary for functionality, including user IDs, server IDs, and gameplay-related data such as statistics, progression, and configuration settings.

This data is used solely to operate gameplay systems, maintain leaderboards, improve features, and ensure fair usage. We do not sell or share user data with third parties for commercial purposes. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to provide stable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Services may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.

In some cases, data resets or adjustments may occur when required for system stability or feature updates.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any Service for users or servers that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. We may also remove data associated with such violations where necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
